1. Overview

Nexlvel LLC ("NexLvel," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. Because we provide digital services, software-based marketing solutions, and access to online communities and content, our refund policy differs from physical goods retailers. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the NexLvel platform, including nexlvel.com, nexlvelbiz.com, nexlvellabs.io, and bizsource.ai.

2. Subscription Services (Monthly & Annual Plans)

This section applies to NexLvel Marketing Plans (Launch, Autopilot, Autopilot + Reputation & SEO, Enterprise), NexLvel Pro Membership, White-Label Agency packages, TikTok Shop Management plans, and any other recurring subscription.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.
  • Monthly Plans: No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your service continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain access through the end of the paid year.
  • Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for the current period.

3. One-Time Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. If you cancel before any onboarding or setup work has been initiated (typically within 48 hours of purchase), you may request a full refund of the setup fee. After setup work has commenced, the fee is considered earned and non-refundable.

4. Webinar Tickets & Event Access

This section applies to Standard, Pro, and VIP webinar tickets purchased through the platform.

  • Before the Event: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time.
  • Within 48 Hours of Event: Refund requests made within 48 hours of the event are handled on a case-by-case basis. A credit toward a future webinar may be offered instead.
  • After the Event: No refunds are issued after the webinar has taken place, as digital content has been delivered.
  • Event Cancellation by NexLvel: If we cancel a webinar, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a rescheduled date.

5. BizSource.ai Broker Membership

Broker memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. If you experience a service issue, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

6. Affiliate Territory Subscriptions

Affiliate territory subscriptions (ZIP Code, County, State, National) are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Territory assignments are released upon cancellation and may become available to other affiliates.

7. Add-On Products

Add-on products (AI Avatar Video Package, AI Phone + Scheduling, YouTube Ads Management, Reputation Monitoring, etc.) follow the same refund terms as subscription services. Setup fees for add-ons are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly recurring charges may be cancelled at any time with cancellation effective at the end of the billing period.

8. Free Community Access

Access to NexLvel industry community groups, expert videos, and basic platform features is provided free of charge. As no payment is involved, no refund applies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free features at any time.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the product or service you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.

11. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to all services. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

12. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances such as service outages, billing errors, or other issues attributable to NexLvel will be handled with priority and good faith.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
